Sign-up with InBoxHQ, make a few changes to your e-mail settings, and log-in to our system to create users.  InBoxHQ is completely compatible with your current web and e-mail hosting service.  Alternatively, we can provide web and e-mail hosting for a small additional charge.

InBoxHQ is accessed from any computer with modern web browsers and an Internet connection.  It does not require you to download any software onto your network or computers for the use of this product by the administrator or users.  InBoxHQ is a hosted product which means you can immediately integrate its powerful features while we handle the technical upkeep and maintenance.  Security is maintained between each user and our servers with SSL certification.

You decide what mail goes into each queue for automatic routing.  You should think of a queue as an area of responsibility, like a department within your company.  Each department or queue has users that focus on a task.  Users can be part of multiple queues and tickets can be passed between queues, just like in your company today.  InBoxHQ provides you with five queues for management of your email:

  • Billing
  • Information
  • Sales
  • Support
  • Other

After your InBoxHQ account is created, set-up is achieved by pointing your relevant e-mail messages at our InBoxHQ server according to instructions provided after sign-up.  For example you can point customercare@yourdomain.com at our servers to be managed at your InBoxHQ Customer Care Queue.  You can point up to 100 mail addresses from up to three domain names at the queues listed above.  Many customers use the .com, .net, and .org versions of their domain names, but it can be any three domains which you control.

Within your organization, you may establish up to 100 end-users of the queuing system.  Thus each employee can have unique, trackable access to the InBoxHQ system.  The InBoxHQ system will allocate 1GB of space for your files.  If most of your mail is text, this equates to thousands of messages.
