InBoxHQ is a d.b.a. name for NetHere Inc. We have been in business since 1999 serving both fortune 500 companies and residential users with our full suite of access and hosting products.

Our offices are in San Diego, California. We use the mailbox queuing system of InBoxHQ within our extensive customer service network. This relationship has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of the real-world solution to problems of customer communications and trouble ticketing.

Most important, we think that we have delivered a solution that is easy for the every-day user, without formal training. We support this technology with live Monday through Friday, in-house customer care , from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
